Wild Chronicles follows a specially equipped research team north to record the song of the narwhal beneath the Arctic ice. Unlike land denizens, most ocean creatures have a better sense of sound than they do of sight, often using sound to see. Underwater microphones record rarely heard calls that may one day provide a better understanding of a complex language of the deep.
